Delivery and payment

We usually ship your order within two working days of placing it via InPost courier service. This time may be extended during holiday and pre-holiday period.

Delivery variants
1. InPost automated parcel machines: PLN 12 net (PLN 14,76 gross) per parcel.
2. InPost courier service: PLN 15 net (PLN 18,45 gross) per parcel.

Free delivery on orders over PLN 150 gross.
Shipping is carried out within Poland.

The InPost system supports only Polish nine-digit mobile phone numbers, entered in the format XXXXXXXXX, where X is a digit from 0 to 9. Providing a phone number in a different format results in the impossibility of delivering an SMS code to collect a parcel in an automated parcel machine or in the impossibility of telephone contact by a courier or a Shop.

Payments are made using Przelewy24 service. Przelewy24 service enables payments to be made by instant transfers from most Polish banks, by a payment card and by BLIK mobile payment system.

We do not handle cash-on-delivery or traditional bank transfer orders.
