Returns

Withdrawal from a sales contract:
A customer who is a Consumer and an Entrepreneur with the rights of a Consumer who has made a purchase in our online shop may, within 14 days of receiving the goods, withdraw from the concluded sales contract without giving any reason. A consumer may withdraw from a sales contract by submitting a declaration of withdrawal to us, which can be downloaded by clicking the link.

This declaration may be submitted by form returns to the online shop or in writing to the following address:

In order to keep a time limit, withdrawal declarations need to be sent prior to its expiry.

Consumes are obliged to return goods to us immediately, but no later than within 14 days from the day on which they have withdrawn from a sales contract. Sending goods back to our address before this deadline is sufficient to meet the time limit.

We are obliged to reimburse all payments made by a consumer, including the cost of delivery of goods to the consumer, as soon as possible and no later than 14 days from the date of receipt of the consumer’s declaration of withdrawal from the sales contract. However, we may withhold reimbursement of payments received from the consumer until we have received goods back or the consumer has provided proof of return of the goods, whichever event occurs first.

If a consumer exercising his or her right of withdrawal has chosen a method of delivery other than the cheapest ordinary means of delivery offered by us, we shall not be obliged to reimburse the consumer for any additional costs incurred by him or her.

In the event of withdrawal, the consumer shall only bear direct costs of returning goods.

The consumer shall be liable for any depreciation in the value of the goods resulting from the use of goods beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, properties and function of such goods.

We will refund payments using the same method of payment used by the consumer, unless the consumer has expressly agreed to a different method of refund that does not incur any costs for the consumer.

A Customer who is a Consumer and an Entrepreneur with the rights of a Consumer shall not have the right to withdraw from a Sales Contract in relation to contracts in which the Goods are delivered in sealed packaging which cannot be returned after opening for health or hygiene reasons if the packaging has been opened after delivery.

The seller does not exercise the right to out-of-court dispute resolutions referred to in the Act of 23 September 2016, on out-of-court resolutions of consumer disputes.

    Any complaints related to the goods or the performance of the sales contract for products purchased in the online shop www.woseba.pl, the customer may submit:

    In case of any doubts, please contact us by calling the following number: +48 61 221 65 93 on working days from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm.

    In order to process your complaint efficiently, we recommend that you include the following information in the complaint: your first name and last name, address, e-mail address, telephone number, the subject of the complaint and the order number (if possible), together with an indication of the customer’s request, any circumstances describing the defect, the date on which the defect was found and, if possible, photographs of the defect (if the complaint is filed by e-mail).

    We will respond to the complaint within 14 days of the request containing the complaint.

    In case of defective goods, the customer may:

    – submit a declaration requesting a price reduction or withdrawal from a sales contract, unless we are able to replace defective goods with defect-free goods or remove a given defect immediately and without excessive inconvenience for the customer. This limitation shall not apply if goods have already been replaced or repaired by us or if we have not complied with our obligation to replace goods with defect-free goods or to remove the defects. The customer may, instead of the rectification of the defect proposed by us, demand the replacement of goods with defect-free goods or, instead of replacing the goods, demand the rectification of the defect, unless bringing the goods into conformity with the contract in the manner chosen by the customer is impossible or would require excessive costs compared to the manner proposed by us..

    – demand that defective goods be replaced with defect-free goods or that the defect be rectified. We shall be obliged to replace defective goods with defect-free goods or to rectify the defect within a reasonable time without unreasonable inconvenience to the customer.

    However, we may refuse to comply with the customer’s request if bringing the defective goods into conformity with the sales contract in the manner chosen by the customer is impossible or would require excessive costs compared to the other possible means of bringing the goods into conformity with the sales contract.

    The cost of repair or replacement is borne by us.

    In the case of a customer who is a consumer and an entrepreneur with consumer rights, the cost of delivery shall be borne by us.
    We are liable under the warranty if a physical defect is discovered before the expiry of two years from the delivery of given goods to the customer.

      Any complaints related to the goods for products purchased outside the online shop, the customer can submit via the form to the manufacturer.
