Terms and Conditions of the Promotion

REGULATIONS OF THE PROMOTION „WOSEBA – Sets”

§ 1. Preliminary provisions

1. These regulations (hereinafter: “Regulations”) specify the rules of the price promotion under the name “WOSEBA – Sets” (hereinafter: “Promotion”).
2. The Regulations constitute the sole and exclusive basis for the Promotion rules.
3. The Promotion is a price promotion and is not a promotional lottery or any other game of chance within the meaning of the Act of November 19, 2009, on gambling games.
4. The Promotion is conducted based on Polish law, in particular the Civil Code.
5. The purpose of the Promotion is to increase the sale of goods offered in the Organizer’s online store.

§ 2. Organizer of the promotion

1. The Organizer of the Promotion is P.P.U.H. WOSEBA Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością (Limited Liability Company) with its registered office in Odolanów (63-430), ul. Krotoszyńska 150, NIP: 6220006580, REGON: 003376160, KRS: 0000013901, with a share capital of PLN 150,480.00 (hereinafter: “Organizer”).
2. The Organizer is the owner of the online store operating in the woseba.pl domain.
3. The Organizer bears full responsibility for the proper conduct of the Promotion.

§ 3. Participants of the promotion

1. A Participant of the Promotion may be any natural person possessing full legal capacity, being a client of the woseba.pl online store (hereinafter: “Participant”).
2. Participation in the Promotion is voluntary.
3. The Client may take part in the Promotion multiple times, without quantitative limits, provided that the conditions specified in the Regulations are met each time.

§ 4. Principles of the promotion

1. The Promotion consists of the sale of promotional sets, covering several goods, whose total gross price is lower than the sum of the gross prices of the same goods purchased separately outside the set.
2. Promotional sets are clearly marked in the online store as covered by the Promotion.
3. The list of promotional sets and the amount of the price reduction constitute Attachment No. 1 to the Regulations and is an integral part thereof.
4. The condition for using the Promotion is the cumulative fulfillment of the following conditions:
   a) adding a promotional set or sets to the cart,
   b) acceptance of the Promotion Regulations and the online store regulations,
   c) concluding a sales agreement covering the promotional set.
5. The Promotion does not combine with other promotional actions in force in the online store.
6. The Promotion combines with free shipping for orders with a value exceeding PLN 150 gross.
7. Detailed rules for placing orders, executing agreements, and making payments are specified in the online store regulations.

§ 5. Time and place of the promotion

1. The Promotion is conducted via the woseba.pl online store.

2. The Promotion is valid in the period from 20.01.2026 to 30.06.2026 or until the stocks of promotional sets are exhausted.

3. The Organizer reserves the right to end the Promotion earlier in the event of stock exhaustion.

§ 6. Payments and realization

1. The prices of promotional sets are gross prices and include the reduction resulting from the Promotion.
2. Available forms of payment and their realization deadlines are specified in the online store regulations.
3. Failure to make payment on time results in the non-realization of the order on the principles specified in the store regulations.

§ 7. Complaints

1. Complaints regarding the Promotion may be submitted electronically to the e-mail address: sklep@woseba.pl.
2. A complaint should contain a description of the reported problem.
3. The Organizer considers the complaint within 14 days from the date of its receipt and provides a response electronically.
4. The Participant’s rights under the statutory warranty for defects in goods are not limited by the Regulations.

§ 8. Personal data

1. The principles of processing personal data of Promotion Participants are specified in the Privacy Policy available on the online store’s website.

§ 9. Consumer rights and dispute resolution

1. The Consumer has the right to withdraw from a distance contract on the principles specified in the online store regulations and in the provisions of the Act on Consumer Rights.
2. The Regulations do not limit the right of withdrawal from the agreement.
3. The Organizer does not use out-of-court methods of resolving consumer disputes.
4. The Consumer may use out-of-court forms of dispute resolution, in particular with the help of consumer ombudsmen or the Trade Inspection.

§ 10. Final provisions

1. Participation in the Promotion implies acceptance of the Regulations.
2. The Regulations are available on the store’s website and may be saved, downloaded, or printed at any time.
3. In the event of disputes, the parties will strive for their amicable solution.
4. The law applicable to the Promotion and disputes related to it is Polish law.
5. In matters not regulated by the Regulations, the provisions of Polish law shall apply, in particular the Civil Code, the Act on Consumer Rights, and the online store regulations.
6. The Regulations enter into force on 20.01.2026.
